I had high hopes for this hotel given its proximity to RioCentro for the Paralympics, but my experience was a mixed bag. The rooms were modern and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. There were issues with early check-in, and the staff seemed quite unwelcoming at times. Additionally, I found the Wi-Fi to be unreliable, which was frustrating. Overall, it was decent but not without its flaws.

However, the service left much to be desired—there was a distinct lack of friendliness from the reception staff, and some days the housekeeping was inconsistent. The breakfast, while having good quality options, struggled to keep up with the number of guests. Still, it was a reasonable value overall given the location and amenities.
