Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for this hotel given its proximity to RioCentro for the Paralympics, but my experience was a mixed bag. The rooms were modern and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. There were issues with early check-in, and the staff seemed quite unwelcoming at times. Additionally, I found the Wi-Fi to be unreliable, which was frustrating. Overall, it was decent but not without its flaws.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The clean and modern rooms were quite comfortable, and the views from the hotel were stunning, both of the mountains and the Jacarepagua lagoon. However, the service left much to be desired—there was a distinct lack of friendliness from the reception staff, and some days the housekeeping was inconsistent. The breakfast, while having good quality options, struggled to keep up with the number of guests. Still, it was a reasonable value overall given the location and amenities.
The hotel offers beautiful views and comfortable amenities, making it a nice spot for relaxation. The housekeeping and customer service had some shortcomings, but the breakfast options were enjoyable. While the location is convenient, it does require a bit of effort for certain services.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were really nice, spacious, and clean, almost like staying in a small apartment. However, communication issues with staff led to some inconveniences, such as ending up in a few uncleaned rooms at first. While the location is excellent for enjoying better beaches compared to central Rio, the customer service left a lot to be desired, especially during a busy event like the Paralympics.
I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and found the experience quite mixed. The room was modern and very clean, right near the convention center, which was super convenient. However, it's far from other Rio attractions, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. An early check-in was not accommodated, and I noticed discrepancies with the pricing at checkout, which was frustrating.
